Loss Prevention

Lanier’s Loss Prevention staff is tasked with minimizing your company’s exposure to loss. Our Loss Prevention Team will proactively look at each critical component within your business and suggest implementation of best practices to minimize the risk of loss.

One of the most important tools that the Loss Prevention team uses to ensure a proactive program is the audit process. Audits are first and foremost the key in assessing the people, the processes and corporate culture. Audits tell us the health of a location, which, in turn, allows us to assess the location’s true risk. Once we know the risks, we can improve upon our current policies and procedures, or implement training programs that will allow Lanier to control them.
